Sunday Lunch + Holiday pics

Hope I got the details right in the 'dates for your diary' list (see right). Certainly OK for us i.e. Caroline and me.
Not long back from a lovely weekend away (just the two of us) to celebrate Caroline's birthday. It's be rude to mention *which* birthday, but suffice to say it's a 'significant' one, hence the special treat at Burgh Island.

The Marsden March

As I mentioned in passing in my earlier post, Caroline is doing the Marsden March (in March!) - a 14 miles walk from the Royal Marsden Hospital in Chelsea to the Royal Marsden in Sutton - in aid of the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

Resolutions?

How are everyone's New year resolutions going? Caroline and I are determined to get out walking more often. We've already been out on a couple of nice strolls locally. Caroline is doing a big (14 mile) walk in aid of the Royal Marsden Hospital - the Marsden March - so it's all good training as well. Here's a 'phone' picture I took on a sunny, frosty Sunday a couple of weeks ago in Walton-on-Thames.
