I got the blues

Hello everyone
Good to see the blog being used again! I like to know everyone's gossip.......I'm nosey....err, I mean curious! We went to the Harlow Playhouse with some mates last night to watch a Blues Brothers tribute band....they were really good!! The band were fantastic, more talented than most famous people! Tom's arm is mending well, cast off and splint on. George has new trendy hair cut and Rupert is still fluffy from his wash and brush up on Wednesday. Lee and I are off to the house in Greenwich to see a plumber........The excitement of it all is almost too much to cope with!!

Welcome back to one and all

I have been checking back every so often - honest! I think it looks a bit sad if you make two posts on the trot 3 weeks apart )-;

Back here at the Carshalton branch it's half-term (obviously!) and Lauren is away skiing with the school in Switzerland (hopefully on the coach home as I write!) and Elena is in the middle of a 'season' with her dance school. Basically, they are doing a stint of 6 consecutive shows at a local theatre (four evenings and two matinees) running from Wednesday to Saturday.

Lauren is still yet to hear from the other two 'vet' Uni's and we are going down to Bristol next week for a visit to look at the 'Animal Behaviour' course for which she has already had an offer.

Our new (ish) car developed a bit of an overheating problem (cutting out *completely* in traffic - always a laugh!) but I got it sorted out under warranty so it wasn't too bad. On the plus side, I got a brand new courtesy car (only 100 miles on the clock!) so that was a bonus (0;

Just gonna make a coffee while I think of something else to write ...
... no can't think of anything so I'll sign off.

Hello Harris family. Nothing much to report - lovley weather last week went southend for the day wiv Jacie & Alfie & this week FREEZING -6 at work in the mornings {at 5.30am}. Was on the beach at southend in feb building castels & went on the train up the pier !!! MAD A ? This saturday is Jacks B/day so out down the Chequers for 1 or 2 or 3 ect beers. Me detox been going very good 8 weeks no beer ect. But aveto for me Sons b/day !!!!!!!!!! Love to you all Bruv PAUL x

Hello.......anyone there? Have you all left the planet? Nothing much happening here. I'm cooking Morrocan chicken with apricots for tomorrows diner, Tom has decided to go back to college in September.....same course, and Rupert is off for a shampoo and set in the morning!

I am writing this still full from a Thai take-away this evening so I'm probably feeling a bit guilty a.t.m. anyway! I was looking at your 'invite' for the last weekend in Jan and checking the date of the post and thinking - 'blimey thats leaving it a bit late!'. Then I saw the *year*!

Lip piercing, huh? I think I'm probably with you on that one! Mind you I'm not terribly impressed with tattoos either and Lauren is quite keen on the idea. Methinks she'll be waiting until she leaves home for that one.
