Hello family - been to have a MOT on myself and .......... high blood pressure , v\high cholesterol and when i got the telling off i was given a diet sheet. Guess what i couldnt read it ! whent for a eye test and YES i need glasses. (only for reading for now ) GOT TO SORT IT OUT
